BEAR Poster 01
I like making these posters. I drew this bear when I was an artist in residence at the Taft-Nicholson Environmental Humanities Center in Montana. The Center is right on the edge of the Red Rock Lakes National Wildlife Refuge. When people live in a place where grizzly bears regularly walk through their back yard, they have, uh, a different relationship with bears than, say … me. I live in a place that hasn’t had bears for over 100 years.
